DTSC West tank can be played by a Ritualist with a slight variation of the 600Rit build (see elsewhere):

Weapon: Use a restoration HSR 20%, and resto HSR 20% focus
Low level armor

All skills but the first three are optional, and can be varied. Instead of the last five skills one could take [essence bond] or any of the two restoration skills [life attunement][vital blessing] to free up skill slots from the monks
The build shown has been tested to be effective though. It requires also a [spell breaker] monk and obviously a smiting monk in your west team.

Resilient Was Xiko cleans all conditions after a fight (e.g. crippled to get on faster) but is also an emergency against mesmer and necro bosses casting conditions/hexes if SB should go down. with SB down and under hex/condition pressure cast Resilient was instead of VwK. The assasin support and finish him help against menders. Three menders at once (rare occasions) may cause problems, need a ROJ at hand.

So apparently this isn't very popular. Where do the pugs form up? I'd like to learn the routes but my alliance doesn't do much of anything at all.

German district Anjeka's Shrine is most often full.
When luxon control the outpost ppl start eternal grove instead which is always kurzick
